Training to boost your career
The ESADE business school in Barcelona was the stage chosen to hold two sales force training events organised by Trade Marketing for Fluidra Comercial Portugal, Fluidra Comercial España, Fluidra Commerciale Italia, Fluidra Commercial France, Gre and headquarters.
The first session was held in July and focused on pricing. The second will take place on 10 October and address discount allocation.
Sales force competition
At the last General Sales Meeting, the Trade Marketing department launched the group’s first Business Intelligence competition. For two months, salespeople from three countries had the chance to demonstrate their market knowledge. The winners of the first competition were Jaume Grifols (Fluidra Commercial España) and Claudio Spina (Fluidra Commerciale Italia), who both took home a Samsung Galaxy Gear 2 Sport smart watch, compatible with the Force Manager mobile app. Congratulations!
