Prescriber loyalty is key to the new Fluidra‘s continued success. It´s important that we nurture the relationships we have with our customers and pool experts not only through our offer of excellent products, but also the customer service we provide. With this in mind, in late October colleagues at Zodiac Portugal organized their annual premium trip for their most loyal clients.
Taking 30 of our Zodiac Premium customers to Tuscany, Italy, the three day event was not only an opportunity to get to know one another better, but also celebrate the achievements of the past year together.
The Tuscan setting was the perfect place to not only strengthen the company’s relationship with its most important clients but of course to take in some of Italy´s most famous and impressive sights. The highlight of Zodiac Portugal’s customer care program, the trip not only succeeded in reinforcing the strong bond we have with our most valued patrons, but was a clear example of the excellent service our colleagues in Portugal provide.
