Our colleagues from Unistral Recambios have created a website for spare parts. The result couldn’t be more satisfying! The first users were surprised at the website’s speed and how easy it was for them to find information. This new website, available in seven languages, puts the results of years of work of the Unistral team within everybody’s reach.
The new website’s main feature is that it makes searching for spare parts simple and gives users all relevant information in perfect order. It is no longer necessary to download parts lists in PDFs or to go from one page to another to find information.
The new list of spare parts is filtered by model of product, photographs can be seen of the components of each kit and information about other Fluidra products in which the parts can be used. Old spare parts can also be found. Moreover, as the website has a responsive design and adapts to all types of devices, users can make searches from their poolside.
The website is intended for anyone who needs technical information about Fluidra products (made by the AstralPool, CTX and Certikin brands). The team at Unistral Recambios wanted the project to be useful across the board so that it would attract as large a public as possible and make the everyday work of users easier whatever their profile. Thus, the site is useful for both Fluidra’s branch offices across the world and for the companies that sell the group’s brands, as well as for installers and even pool owners.
The new website was launched at the GSM in Sitges and back then the feedback from the first users was very positive: everybody was pleasantly surprised by the system’s flexibility and the amount of information available, which is extremely useful for solving our clients’ queries quickly. How do we know it went down well? A few weeks after its launch, links to the website had been posted on a number of Fluidra’s websites and a number of branch offices had mentioned it on social media and newsletters to clients. In addition, workers at various subsidiaries have added the link to the new website in the signature on their emails.
So that anyone can learn to use the new website, the team at Unistral Recambios has prepared two brief training videos and a leaflet explaining how the site works.
We would urge you to contact Albert Barceló (firstname.lastname@example.org) at the Technical Department of Unistral Recambios for any feedback you may wish to give.
