Fluidra collaborates with two continental federations: the Swimming Union of the Americas (UANA) and the Asia Swimming Federation (AASF).
We’ve launched two new sponsorships in the world of elite swimming this year. Fluidra has signed a collaboration agreement with the Swimming Union of the Americas (UANA), the organization that oversees international aquatics competition within North and South America. It was founded in 1948 during the Olympic Games in London and covers diving, swimming, synchronized swimming, water polo and open water. The union will soon host the 2018 UANA Pan American Masters Championship in Orlando (Florida).
Fluidra also supports aquatics competition in Asia through an agreement reached with the Asia Swimming Federation (AASF). Founded in 1978 and with members from 45 Asian countries, this federation is the organizer behind the ninth Asian Age Group Championships, which will be held from 9 to 16 September in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
Fluidra will make a splash at the competitions as a sponsor with our main brand AstralPool, the perfect opportunity to get a first-hand look at the needs of elite swimming and other aquatic sports in these two regions.
