All companies that want to keep growing must maintain a balance among their employees. The fresh ideas and innovation of entry-level staff should be added to the experience of more senior members. The younger generations are coming into their own with enthusiasm and a wealth of ideas, keen to get started and to work alongside sector experts. It has to be a winning combination.
Fluidra is taking part in this year’s JOBarcelona, an international job and vocational guidance fair that puts university students and new graduates in touch with large enterprises. The outreach event, now in its sixth year, assembles over 1,500 HR and recruitment officers from different firms with a strong international presence. It is expected to generate more than 9,000 job opportunities for the nearly 20,000 participants.
This year there will also be a focus on the growth of the technology and industrial sector, where Fluidra is a major player. To that end it will launch the JOBarcelonaTECH area comprising international firms like ours who are seeking new talent for their companies.
