The Club Natació Atlètic-Barceloneta (CNAB) staged the launch of FreePool, our new all-in-one treatment and disinfection system for public pools.
At the press conference held on 13 October, the conclusions of a study conducted by Hospital Clínic de Barcelona and Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) were released that showed the beneficial effects of FreePool on the health and well-being of swimmers.
The event was attended by our three partners in the project: CNAB, Hospital Clínic and UAB. We are very satisfied and proud of the results of this partnership, which would not have been possible without the intervention of Indescat, the sports industry’s cluster in Catalonia.
FreePool is the latest demonstration of our commitment to more sustainable innovation. In addition to reducing water consumption, the system brings two revolution technologies together: Neolysis, which has been proven to be the most natural and sustainable disinfection system in the market; and the GVG system, which regulates pH levels by injecting high quality CO2 into it.
The results of this pioneering and highly effective combination could not be better. The researchers at Hospital Clínic and UAB have proven that installing FreePool improves the quality of the air, reduces water consumption and significantly cuts down the discomfort felt on the skin, eyes and nose.
As a picture is worth a thousand words, we will leave you with some photographs of the launch event and a video about FreePool.
