Innovation Week reaches its halfway point

With the work well under way and participants striving to give their all, the second edition of Fluidra Innovation Week has now reached the halfway mark. They recently finished the second phase, ‘Ideation’, led by Lucho Domínguez, and started the third phase, ‘Prototyping’, headed up by Daria Shornikova, from the Imagine Creativity Center.

Today, Fluidra’s employees have made their mock-ups based on three core concepts: “build” (your prototype), “share” (your results with your audience) and “reflect” (what you have learnt).

Afterwards, the 12 participants attended the 2018 Imagine Silicon Valley final held at the Antiga Fàbrica Estrella Damm of Barcelona, where various Dreamers presented projects they had worked on in San Francisco throughout July. Seeing the work that other people had done, with different requirements but with the same goal of “Innovation”, gave our colleagues a further boost of motivation.

With renewed vigor they are now gearing up for the final program phase i.e., the Communication phase, where the teams will workshop the presentations explaining their project and why it should win.
