In line with our 2018 Strategic Plan, FluidrAcademy has launched Fluidra Sales Academy, a training programme that will enable the group’s sales teams to sell more and better.
The project has been specially designed for our 450 sales executives and 50 sales managers. Fluidra Sales Academy will gradually introduce new training courses, but for the time being three programmes are to be run:
- Product training. On these courses, sales reps will find out more about the characteristics of our products, learn how to stand out from the competition and have more resources to respond to our customers’ needs. For the time being, there is a course on Viron pumps and another on our chemical products.
- Sales skills training. Krauthammer will act as our strategic partner for this programme on developing sales skills, designed especially for the group. The course will be taught in groups of 12. These courses have already started (on the right foot) at Fluidra Commerciale Italia. According to its sales director, Roberto Guatterini, “the course is practical, with specific examples and role plays between the participants. It as a course that is totally relevant to my daily work”.
- Sales director training course. With the assistance of a specialised coach, the course will help sales directors to implement the SAM management model and make the most of their teams (setting targets, planning activities, preparing visits, rolling out motivation techniques, etc.). Nexe will be our strategic partner for this course.
Fluidra Talent has become the focal point for managing the professional and personal development of our teams: performance, careers’ plans, training, succession planning, remuneration, etc. FluidrAcademy is now part of this portal.
