“Being present moment to moment, from the heart and without judging”. That’s what Ester González learnt from her teachers and that’s how she likes to define Mindfulness. “It sounds easy, but it isn’t,” she says. Ester is an instructor in Mindfulness, a practice inspired by meditation that has become popular recently but which most people still don’t know about.
As mentioned in a previous publication, a pilot plan called Fluidra Health has been under development for the past few months, aimed at fostering healthy life habits among employees. The plan includes the organization of activities and information sessions related to a healthy lifestyle.
One of the activities being rolled out as part of the program are Mindfulness sessions, some taught by Ester, who enjoyed helping us learn more about this practice which consists of paying full attention to what you are doing and what is going on around you.
