The Living Fluidra news portal rated as a key part of internal communications.
First of all, we would like to thank everyone who took a few minutes to answer the survey on internal communications that we sent to you. It was a great success, with more than 600 replies!
Here are the most relevant results: Living Fluidra is the everyday platform for everyone. More than half of the readers of Living Fluidra get their information from the monthly newsletter, and more than 50% of those surveyed spend between 2 and 5 minutes reading it. The subjects that generate most interest are innovation, training and products. The immense majority of those surveyed were satisfied or very satisfied with the information given on this channel. We are going to continue to make it better with new contents and formats that respond to your needs!
Other internal communication initiatives that were well or very well rated were the notebook of drawings handed out to each employee every year, the children’s drawing competition and the charity work proposed for Fluidra Day.
The survey revealed, although this will come as no great surprise, that most of us spend our lives connected to the Internet and social media.
