Asked to define a cheese, and you can probably think of a thousand adjectives: dry, creamy, bitter, salty, soft, fresh…but would you be able to do the same with water? Could you tell if it’s dry or wet? Rocky or earthy? With a floral or iron aftertaste? Would you be able to pick up on water’s nuances?
