The personality of water

The personality of water

Asked to define a cheese, and you can probably think of a thousand adjectives: dry, creamy, bitter, salty, soft, fresh…but would you be able to do the same with water? Could you tell if it’s dry or wet? Rocky or earthy? With a floral or iron aftertaste? Would you be able to pick up on water’s nuances?

“Not all water is the same. Just like we can distinguish a fine wine, a succulent ham, and a tasty cheese, we can establish certain parameters to define the quality and taste of water” (Dr. Laura Gosalbo)

We asked water connoisseur Dr. Laura Gosalbo to give us a small demonstration to explain the process step-by-step.
