Ten practical tips on how to use your corporate email

Did you know that just in one day we send approximately 170,000 emails? Corporate emails are a useful communications tool, but sometimes we forget that there are more effective alternatives, such as Skype, Hangouts and WhatsApp for dealing with urgent matters.

 It’s first thing in the morning. You get to work and start your daily routine: you turn on your computer, go over your tasks for the day, select the most urgent matters and check your inbox. How many new emails are there? How many are still pending a reply?

In fact, although corporate emails are an essential communications tool for exchanging information with your team mates, colleagues and external contacts, every day we generate a huge number of emails that can sometimes disrupt performance.
