Caldes de Malavella was this year’s setting for one of the group’s most important events: the annual general managers meeting. From 18 to 20 January, 180 members of the group from 45 countries came together at the Hotel Camiral to exchange experiences.
Under the slogan “Taking Care of Business, Taking Care of People”, the 2017 GMM focused on the value of employees and how managing their individual talent impacts on the group’s growth.
Three busy days of meetings at which our strategic plan Road Map to 2020 was reviewed, as were the results obtained in each country in 2016, the marketing and trade marketing actions, and the best practices implemented.
Moreover, those attending the 2017 GMM made the most of their time. A workshop was held on compliance with case studies, there were meetings between sales and production staff, and there was a display of the group’s latest products, including a wooden Gre swimming pool, which had been assembled and was up and running for the occasion in the hotel’s courtyard. We even gave our best shot at singing in a karaoke session!
Once again, the 2017 GMM demonstrated the commitment and bonds between the whole group. A resounding success!
