The second edition of the Fluidra Sales Championship will take place from 24 November to 15 December 2014. This training on Fluidra products has a ‘trivial pursuit’ format, and is aimed at all people working for Fluidra in the area of sales worldwide.
The first Championship, organised by FluidrAcademy, was held last March with the participation of more than 200 employees. The competition lasted 4 weeks and took place in 2 groups: AstralPool and Certikin. For both groups, the questions were available in French, English and Spanish.
The questions were divided into 10 categories: cleaning material, irrigation and fluid handling, water treatment, lighting, air conditioning, pumps and filtration, outdoor material and basins, public pools and wellness, general brand questions (AstralPool/Certikin), and general questions about Fluidra.
The aim of this training, in the form of a competition, is to encourage participation, by means of a fun learning methodology. At the same time, it reinforces knowledge of Fluidra products amongst those in the area of sales.
This training is the first step by the FluidrAcademy to promote growth amongst the members of the sales team. Management has a clear aim to continue making progress in this direction, and we will, therefore, continue to develop new training methodologies.
