This is what we call our Code of Ethics because it contains the fundamental values of the people who are part of the group, values that inspire and define our daily conduct and values that are fundamental to our international reputation and the trust our stakeholders place in us.
As explained by our President, Eloi Planes, in a memo sent to employees last December: The diversity of places and sectors in which we operate, and the numerous laws and regulations to which we are subject, make it more essential than ever before that these values serve as a benchmark to be followed by all of our staff as they go about their daily business.
The guidelines set out in the Code of Ethics will help us to adhere to the most demanding principles associated with honesty, trust, respect for the law and human rights, personal integrity and the commitment to sustainable resources.
Since being part of Fluidra involves a commitment to understand, respect and uphold “People Values”, our colleague, Miriam Sánchez with the Corporate HR Department, will be contacting the managers of each company to finalise the details for the implementation of these guidelines, which is expected to continue through the month of June 2016.
At the bottom of Living Fluidra home page there is a link to the Code of Ethics page and the Confidential Channel form. Don’t hesitate to use it if you need to ask a question, ask for advice or report a problem.
